Your truffles looked amazing, and remember: perfect truffles ARE imperfect in shape, they are the love of perfect and loving hands. Maybe the issue is using the word ‘imperfect’. let’s change it to rustic or irregular, unique. Every truffle has a unique shape. I’m glad the foolproof tempering method work for you.
