		<description><![CDATA[Ana, this brings me back to watching my relatives in Bogota make the hot chocolate with those big wooden whisks and a metal container. They whisk the milk and cacao bars with a wooden stirrer/whisk by taking the handle and putting it in the palm of your hands and doing the motion like you are rubbing your hands back and forth.  that is how they get a nice and foamy. Then you put in the cheese. I remember at my cousin&#039;s wedding, her husband&#039;s family came in from France and they were all appalled to see us dump cubes of cheese in the chocolate. We soon converted them!!!]]></description>
